Our client is a specialist education provider supporting children and young people with SEND is looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where youll lead marketing activity across multiple education services and specialist provisions, helping to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Youll be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering marketing strategies
• Managing social media and digital campaigns
• Creating engaging content and copy
• Supporting brand development and consistency
• Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on KPIs
• Collaborating with teams across the organisation

Were looking for someone with:

• Previous marketing management experience
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills
• Excellent copywriting and communication abilities
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• A proactive, organised, and creative approach

Experience within education, SEND, or a purpose-led organisation would be beneficial.
