Job Title: Forest School Support AssistantLocation: Clitheroe Salary: £14.25 - £16 per hour Contract: Part-time / Term-time only

We are seeking an enthusiastic and outdoors-loving Forest School Support Assistant to join our team. You will support the delivery of engaging, hands-on outdoor learning experiences, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and a love for nature.

• Assist in delivering Forest School sessions across EYFS and KS1/KS2
• Support pupils in outdoor learning, promoting independence and teamwork
• Help maintain equipment, safety standards, and outdoor learning areas
• Encourage safe risk-taking and exploration

• Passion for outdoor learning and child development
• Experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
• A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
• Forest School qualification (desirable, not essential)
